Who says Americans don’t appreciate irony. At lunch today, the manager of the hosting hotel, the Omni LA, apologised for the slow wireless and the fact the hotel’s server had been down for a couple of days. It is frustrating to want to check web sites mentioned by speakers, and not get connected. Patience Grasshopper!
